Log in with a code we email you and add the driver's details. Nothing to pay online.
Get it confirmed
The branch confirms or declines your request, and we email you either way.
Pay and collect
Show your licence and ID, sign the rental agreement, pay at the counter and drive away.

Deposit
Each car shows its refundable deposit before you book. The branch takes it when you collect the car.
Mileage
Each car shows the kilometres included and the rate for extra kilometres, or that mileage is unlimited.
Minimum age
Each car shows its minimum driver age. The branch checks your licence at pick-up.
Straight to the branch
Your request goes directly into the rental company's own system, where the branch confirms it.

Can I book a car now?
Yes, for any car shown in the search. Branches are adding their cars, so if none appear for your area yet, please check back soon. You request the booking online and pay at pick-up.
Who am I renting from?
From the rental company that owns the car. You sign its rental agreement when you collect it.
Which emirates are covered?
The search covers all seven emirates. Which ones have cars depends on the rental companies that open.
Documents
What do I need to rent a car?
Residents need a UAE driving licence and Emirates ID. Visitors need a passport, their home licence and, for some countries, an International Driving Permit.
Is there a minimum age?
Each car shows its minimum driver age. The branch also checks your licence when you collect the car.
Booking and payment
Is there a deposit?
Each car shows its refundable deposit, if there is one. It is taken when you collect the car.
Can I rent for a month?
Yes. Switch the search to monthly rentals. The search shows the longest rental you can book online.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel under My bookings any time before the pick-up time.
