Who we are

book.fleetarabia.com is operated by FleetArabia Technology LLC, United Arab Emirates ("we"). We decide how the information described here is used. Questions go to privacy@fleetarabia.com.

Browsing and searching

Looking at cars, prices and branches needs no account and no personal details. The dates and place you search for travel in the page address and are not stored against you.

There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and the site sets no cookies. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (address, page, time, browser type) to keep the service running and to detect abuse.

When you sign in

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we email to you. There is no password. We keep a one-way fingerprint of your email to recognise your account, not the address itself, and we keep a fingerprint of the network address a code was requested from, to stop abuse.

While you are signed in, a session key is kept in your browser tab and is removed when you close it or sign out.

When you request a booking

We collect the driver's full name, mobile number and email address, and anything you write in the note, together with the car, branch, dates, extras and the prices you were shown.

We use them to arrange your rental: the branch uses them to confirm or decline your request, prepare the car and contact you about it, and we email you when your request is received, confirmed or declined.

Your booking is handled by the rental company that owns the car, which sees these details. Your driving licence and ID are checked at the counter when you collect the car, under that company's rental agreement.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for as long as they are needed to provide the rental and for the period UAE law requires for business and accounting records. Your account fingerprint is kept while you use your account. Codes expire after five minutes and are never stored in readable form.

Your choices

You can see and cancel your bookings in your account. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by writing to privacy@fleetarabia.com. We reply within 30 days.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for marketing.

Law

This notice is given under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the federal personal data protection law. If we change it, the new version is published here with a new date before it takes effect.
