book.fleetarabia.com is operated by FleetArabia Technology LLC, United Arab Emirates.
Booking is a request until it is confirmed
When you request a booking, the branch confirms or declines it and we email you either way. Nothing is booked until it is confirmed. A confirmed booking is for the car shown or one of the same class.
Paying
You pay at pick-up. No payment is taken on this site. Prices and totals include 5% UAE VAT; the total shown is the rental company's published price for your dates and extras. A refundable deposit, where shown, is taken when you collect the car. The rental agreement you sign at the counter sets out the full terms of the rental, including fuel, mileage and damage charges, and applies to the rental itself.
Cancelling
You can cancel a request or a confirmed booking in your account before the pick-up time. The branch may cancel a booking it cannot fulfil; we email you if it does.
Drivers and documents
The driver must meet the minimum age shown for the car and bring a valid driving licence and ID when collecting it. The branch can refuse the rental if these are not provided.
Using the site fairly
Give true details, use your own email address, and do not try to interfere with the site or make requests you do not intend to keep.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
